Thanks to all who took part in this close fought handicap race, the weather was kind to us and everyone was in great spirit and competed with great enthusiasm.
Thanks to all who marshalled.
The only downside to the evening was the lack of our usual pastie and peas, your Chairman must have had a momentry lapse of memory. SORRY!

John

Heard a cracking sez in the Conny Club after the race,
Mark S was asking if Mark L thought he could shave 15mins off his time (3:15) for last years for the Full Tour of Pendle to which Mark L sez

“I should be able to because when i ran the FTOP last year it was my first fell race for 15 yrs”!!!!!

Is he real or wot.
We look forward to more Mark L sez in the future.

I can do sez till they come out of my ears.

Great night for a short hard run last night – but I could have murdered a pastie afterwards.

Me too, with peas.
I was disappointed, with Hopey being away on holiday there would have been a chance of second helpings.
