Thur 16th June – Walsh Two Lads Fell Race
June 13, 2011Next race on our fell calender is the Horwich RMI Two Lads 5ish miles fell race starting at 7:30pm on Thurs 16th June, registration at the Bridge Inn opposite the Leisure Centre, a bargain at £4. Young Checkley won this last year (i mean 1st home for Lostock) with a scorching run leaving Hopey, Allan and myself well behind. Lets see if we can beat him this year afterall he is a year older.

I wondered what the ‘caution runners’ sign was for at the bottom of the road. I may well do this if it isn’t raining. I was intending to run today anyway.
