Help for Heroes
June 4, 2011You may all be aware that each year Allan & Pat Jones invite our Club and others to take part in “Allans Mystery Tour” which is held at their home. The event is a type treasure hunt where points are gained from finding/solving clues (Thanks to Geof Sale these can be very obscure) and lost again if you go over time. They are always good fun and our hosts provide an excellent supper. Any monies left over after food and prizes are paid for is donated to a charity. It was decided that the proceeds from the last two events a total of £180 plus the left over cash from ”Leo’s Duathlon” held in April would be donated to the charity “Help for Heroes”
