Well done mark,Adrian and Pete for finishing,3 out of 6 lostock runners who can navigate. A great race and I learned many lessons from it. Mainly know your route and don’t get map off ray .

Navigation? Reccying the course a week before the race possibly had something to do with it.
Then it was a case of choosing the right track after the top of Helvellyn, and a bearing of 32 degrees from the top of St Sunday Crag – simple!
